This tutorial was written by me Diane Knight on 19th MAY 2009 any resemblance to any other tut is purely coincidental
For this tut I am using the fantastic artwork of Pinuptonsi ....

you need a licence to use this artist's tubes from CILM HERE

for this tutorial you may need a basic knowledge of PSP

Font used was toonish get it free HERE


and this Twilight theme Scrap kit by Pimp'd Scraps called 'Alice'

which you can purchase HERE and her blog is HERE

open a new canvas 600 X 500

open frame3 to from the kit, resize by 70% using smartsize

copy and paste in onto your canvas

click inside the frame witht the magic wand tool,

then go to selections modify - expand by 3
then copy and paste paper9 as a new layer..

got to selections invert hit the delete key to remove te excess...

now go to selections none this will deselect the little marching ants...

slide the image below the frame layer...

if you do not know how to do that ..go to layers - arrange - move down

make the frame your active layer again just by clicking on that layer.

now add a drop shadow the frame i used vertical 2 horizontal 2 opacity 58 blur 4

now add your tube of choice, as a new layer ...resize using smartsize if needed...

add a drop shadow now...same as you just used for the frame

then with your selection tool set to rectangle and feather1

and just select the part of the tube you wish to ge rid of..

basically everyting below the waist

once you have made your selection, hit the delete key to remove the excess.

now open Ribbon3 from the kit, resize by 60% copy & paste onto the canvas.

 

now add flower3 resize by 30% arrange to the bottom left, add a drop shadow

duplicate this flower, then mirror it , resize by 85% and arrange slightly lower.

then copy and paste bow1 from the kit,

resize by 50% and then rotate left 25

now add your name...

I used Toonish font set to 48

background fill set to black and foreground stroke set to 2..colour blue.

add your Artist © and save as a png or jpg
