This tutorial was written by me Diane Knight on 10th Feb 2009 any resemblance to any other tut is purely coincidental
For this tut I am using the fabaroony artwork of ELIAS CHATZOUDIS
you can purchase his tubes from mypsptubes

for this tutorial you may need a basic knowledge of PSP

the MASK is made by Becky from Secrets of the Imagination but for your convenience is Supplied HERE as her site is no longer available

stunning Scrap kit called I'll Love you 4ever by Kirstys Scraps which you can purchase HERE and her blog is HERE

add the mask to your masks folder....

open a new canvas 500 X 500

floodfill with white

open up paper 6 from the kit, apply the mask using these settings to the open paper

then merge group, next
copy and paste this onto your canvas, and resize 80%

then open up the stamps from the kit, and resize by 80% and copy and paste onto your canvas.

and duplicate it....

arrange one on the bottom of the canvas , the other, stack on top and rotate left by 5

Now choose your magic wand tool and select the inside of one row of the stamps
go to Selections modify - expand by 3 *do this by holding the shift key down while clicking inside the 3 frames*.

add a new raster layer

with your area still selected copy and paste paper 8 'into selection'
this will make sure that your paper gets added onto the new layer

repeat for the 2nd row of stamps

select the layers with the stamp frames on and add a drop shadow... I used

copy and paste swirl 3 from the kit and slide this just underneath the 2 frames, but ensure its above the papers.

copy and paste the Rose clip from the kit and resize by 50% then rotate left by 5 and add a drop shadow, arrange to the right of the canvas, see my tag for placement.

copy and paste the hanging flowers from the kit onto your canvas, resize by 50% and arange to the left of the canvas.

copy and paste ribbon1 from the kit, go to Image flip, then resize it by 90%

copy and paste the beaded heart from the kit resize by 25% go to adjust - sharpness - sharpen

then go to Image - rotate - and rotate left by 15

arrange to the top left of the canvas, see my tag for placement..
now duplicate this heart and mirror it, then i want to colour this one to pink...

so go to adjust - hue and saturation - colourize and use the following settings

repeat this process for the bottom right hand of the tag...

copy and paste tags 2 and 3 from the kit, resize by 50% and add a drop shadow. arrange 1 to the bottom left of the canvas...and one to the top right. add a drop shadow to each

add bow 3 from the kit resize by 80% and add to the top of the tag.

now lastly if you want it to look like she has one leg behind the ribbon.

do the following....duplicate your tube and slide the duplicate underneath the Ribbon,

then go back to your top *original* tube and eraser the left leg where the ribbon is...simple as that really.
