things you will need:

for this tut we will be using a template by me, download it from my blog HERE

scrap kit used was a PTU kit 'Too Funky' by my pal Twinky HERE

font used was a free font called Toonish

open template no.5

delete the candystreats layer by going to Layers - delete

then select the 'slats' layer smply by clicking on it..

go to selections - select all - selections float -

then go to selections - modify - expand by 1

now open up paper number12 - rotate it clockwise by 90

and copy and paste into selection..

go to selections none.

repeat this process for circle1 this time using paper6 (the black one)

remember to selections none when done with each layer...

repeat the process again for the layer called 'frame' with paper 12

open up the wrapped frame 3 from the kit..

flip it, by going to image flip

and resize by 70%

add a drop shadow..i used

horizontal 2 vertical 2 opacity 63 blur 5

Now add the tube and slide undernath the 'frame' layer

with the selection tool, select the areas that overlap the 'frame'..

and hit the delete key to erase them.

open up the star string from the kit , resize by 50%

add a drop shadow as before

add some stars from the kit

I resized different ones by between 15% and 25% using smartsize

now add the artist © and you name
