SO HOT IT'S CRIMINAL

obviously you do not have to use my PTU kit,... see my blog for a fab freebie called 'Dial 0800 u wish' freebie HERE

you will need to Unzip the supplies

open up a canvas Floodfill with white 600 x 600

open up the Black ruffled ribbon and resize by 70%

and with your selection tool, select an area roughly about 6 squares along, like mine in the preview.

then copy and paste onto your canvas

go to MuRa's Meister copies.

use the following settings,

this should give you a nice circular frame. like mine...
using this filter can blur the details a little.
so go to Adjust - sharpness - sharpen.

copy and paste the butterfly element,

resize this by 40% and again using the MuRa's Meister copies filter with the following settings.

go to Adjust - sharpness - sharpen

open up the lace from the supplies, choose the round white doiley one,

and resize it by 75% copy and paste it onto your canvas as a new layer.
and move it to the bottom add a drop shadw of choice

now make sure you are on the top layer, choose your magic wand tool click inside the circular frame you made. use these settings

and go to Selections- modify - expand by 10 ..keep this selected,

now open up paper5 from the kit (the stripey one)
go to image - rotate by 90%
copy and paste this paper onto your canvas, now go to Selections Invert and hit the delete key, this should remove the excess from around the frame.

slide this layer underneath the circlular frame layer.
for added bling you can add the sparkle to this paper by using Alien skin constellation Plug in on these settings

add elements from the kit to your liking, I used the black and white bow which i resized by 25%
the wanted tag which i resized by 50%

add the so hot its criminal straight ribbon - its called 'CT-tape-so hot' resize by 50% slide this layer underneath the frame also, and remove any that overlap the frame with eraser tool on the following settings.

add the 'so hot' tied bow ribbon resize by 50%
and rotate left by 10
again remove the overlapping ribbon with the eraser tool.

copy and paste the tube you have chosen to use,

for the tube i used i wanted her to look like she was coming out of the frame...to get this effect, i did the following...

duplicate the tube and slide one below the tied ribbon and leave one as the top layer.

add a drop shadow to the bottom tube.

now click on the top tube layer and using the
freehand selection tool
select the area in the preview and hit the delete key.

add the artist © and your name ...
crop any excess open area from around your tag, save and your done.

Save your tag as a JPEG  or a PNG and your done!
