phew, ok, on to the tutorial….
Unzip and Open your supplies in PSP

Take an image you like from your collection unless you are using the image I recommended from Marta Dahlig, through the link above.
duplicate it and size it roughly 600 x 500

Now you want to add your mask by Layers -  New Mask layer - from image
Choose the mask (as shown below) in the drop down menu (make sure the invert box is checked) and click OK

Mask available within my supplies

Merge group.

Add a drop shadow - V – 2, H – 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5, colour white
Image  - resize - 90%

Go back to the original image and duplicate again
- once done, close the original.

Resize your new duplicate to roughly 200 x 325

Image - add borders using the colour white, 1 pixel as your settings.
Repeat using these settings - choose a darker colour from your tube settings at pixels 5 all round.

Now copy and paste as a new layer onto your masked layer.

You should have something that looks like this now

Example of progress up till now

Ok, duplicate the image with the border round it.

Then go to Effects – Plugins - Mura’s Meister - Copies
With the settings below:

Mura's Meister - copies - plugin settings

Now go to - Layers (in the menu bar) - new raster layer - flood fill with white and send that layer to the bottom of your layers list
(This helps you see what you are working with a little better)

Now in your supplies there was some scrap words - copy and paste them onto your tag.
Right click on the layer - click on properties and play with the blend settings to get the results that you are happy with -
I used the settings below:

Now add the other embellishments as you like -

see my tag if you want to follow my placement some I placed underneath the bordered layer and some I placed on top but this is where your creativity comes in …go wild lol

Ok, now add your Name
The font I used was Vujahday Plain this is a 'pay for' font so I cannot share it sorry - you use one that you feel best compliments your tag.

Now add the © information and save as a jpeg
